RESEARCH PROJECT

The museum will, as one of 12 museums in the literary museum network Litteraturnettverket, participate in an interdisciplinary documentation and research project on museums as commemorative-political intermediaries through reflection on the role of history in a modern democracy.

The project will run from autumn 2015 until spring 2018, and will culminate in a free e-book. Funding of NOK 650,000, split over three years, has been granted by the Arts Council Norway.
